In Colombia he’ll learn how the cartels subsequently targeted the UK as a new market for cocaine but in doing so created a renaissance for the Italian mafia which led to new consequences for Britain. In Spain he’ll explore how British gangsters jostled for position in the new cocaine economy before going on a difficult journey to Calabria, Italy and the heartland of the most powerful mafia clan today, the ‘Ndrangheta. From there he’ll reveal how the mafia’s new relationship with Britain revolves around colossal levels of money laundering through London, so much so that many experts believe illegal money was the only thing that kept Britain afloat during the credit crunch of 2008. The film was hosted by Tom Platz and Teagan Clive. Platz hosted it somewhat along the lines of a "lifestyles" type of production where he would detail the lives of the various bodybuilders presented on the video and take a peek into their lives and history. A lot of the bodybuilders were asked after the fact what they thought of the show (the 1988 Mr. Olympia Contest) and the remarks were generally positive and optimistic towards the future.

It uses stock footage, dating back to the First World War, in its theme of showing how dependent modern war vehicles are on having a fuel supply source. In the First World War, Britain's sea power was preserved through the maintenance of a series of coaling stations dotting the Seven Seas. With the change to oil, rather than coal, the necessities for European nations, without home supply, are dependent on the Near-and-Far East where the pipe-lines and oil production have to be defended against attacks by the Axis powers. Canada's role in oil production is also highlighted.
